      • Seal in moisture when applied to damp/wet skin. 
      • Soften skin and bring out your natural radiance! 
      • Help combat rough, dry, textured skin.

        • Massage into damp/wet skin all over body for best results. Remember, a little goes a long way.
      • All skin types (if you are sensitive to fragrance, you may want to try my fragrance-free Butter, Plain Jane!)
    • Place a small amount in the palm of hand then distribute evenly on body. 

      *Please avoid water and wet hands inside this product as there are no preservatives in our body butters. *

    Shea Butter(unrefined), Cocoa Butter, Mango Butter(unrefined) Grapeseed Oil, Jojoba Oil,Vitamin E, Phthalate-Free Fragrance. Infused chamomile & calendula (Remember there is beauty in simplicity)

    *Free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates.

    • Warnings: Do not use if you have an allergy or hypersensitivity to the components of this formula. **DO NOT USE Fragrance oil during pregnancy unless first consulting with your physician* 

     

    Shelf Life: Use butter within 3 months from open date. (Each product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness and efficiency)

    *Please note that many of our products, especially our whipped scrubs, lotion bars, and Honey Cream Balm are made with oils, butters, and waxes that will melt in high temperatures which packages can be subject to during shipping and transit...hot shipping trucks, warehouses, porches in direct sunlight, etc.  Please keep this in mind when ordering and make sure your order is shipped to an address where it will be collected in a timely manner and not be left outside in the sun or hot weather. Melting has no effect on the efficacy and benefits of the products and in the event your items arrive melted, we recommend placing them in a refrigerator until firm and cool. Whipped scrubs can be whipped back up with a fork once cool.

    Shipping Times

    All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. Delays may occur due to restrictions related to the COVID health pandemic and postal workers shortage. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. During the summer months, all orders are shipped out on Monday and Wednesdays to avoid items sitting inside hot warehouses.

    If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email (be sure to check your spam and junk mail), please email support@silkyfreshsuds.com for a shipping update.

    Shipping times may be delayed during restocks, new releases, sales and special promotions.

    Address Changes

    The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct shipping address to process your order. When placing your order, be sure to enter your complete and correct address, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers. We do not recommend using PO box shipping address due to possible shipping restrictions. If you need to update your shipping address, email info@silkyfreshsuds.com immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed. If your order is shipped prior to your address being updated, it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to update your shipping address and or reroute the order package. 

    Invalid Addresses

    If we are unable to validate your shipping address, your order may be cancelled and refunded to you.

    Returned Order Packages

    If your package is returned to Silky Fresh Suds for any reason, you will be issued a refund minus shipping costs.

    Customs Fees, Duties and Taxes

    We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, and or taxes. Our shipping fee will be clearly articulated to you alongside the shipping service and estimated transit time during checkout for your order.

    Shipped Issues

    If your order was shipped and is showing abnormal tracking updates (i.e. only the label was created), email  supports@silkyfreshsuds.com with your order number so that we can assist with re-processing your shipment.
